This policy explains what personal data HospiX collects through the hospix.rs website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. The data controller is HospiX - contact: info@hospix.rs.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, institution name (optional), email, and the content of the message you send us.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
If you arrive from a Google ad, we use Google Ads conversion measurement: a cookie that records that the visit came from an ad and that an enquiry was sent. It measures which ad is worth paying for, not who you are.
If you did not arrive from an ad, the site sets no cookie and loads no tracking script at all.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
We use contact-form data solely to answer your inquiry and arrange a demo - on the basis of your request and our prospective cooperation.
We use the newsletter email for occasional product updates - on the basis of the consent you give by subscribing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. Messages are delivered to our business inbox through the hosting provider that serves hospix.rs; we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
For visits arriving from a Google ad, Google also sees that a conversion happened, as the advertising provider. The content of your message is not shared.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to record our cooperation. We keep a newsletter sign-up until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
